Perfect location for Universal Studios.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The helpful staff even found my lost necklace during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a pleasant holiday.

Mandatory stair access for all guests, including heavy luggage!!! Poor room cleaning practices, leading to hygiene issues and discomfort!!! Everything from the bathroom fittings to the worn-out furniture could use an overhaul!!!

I loved the bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, which made it easy for us seniors to feel comfortable and enjoy our vacation. The location was fantastic, close to all attractions.

The friendly reception staff made our stay so pleasant, and we loved relaxing by the pool and exploring the garden area. While we enjoyed the free breakfast and the swimming pool, the only downside was that our room could have been cleaner. I recommend bringing some snacks for the vending machines, just in case you get hungry between meals! 😊

I had a great stay with a pool view room. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and attractions. The pool was lovely and relaxing after a busy day. Staff provided helpful service. Breakfast options included waffles and toast. 🥞

The room was pretty disappointing. It was dirty and had bugs, which was a major turn-off. The A/C was old and super noisy, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom wasn’t clean either, just felt really outdated. At least the sheets were clean, but it could’ve used a serious deep clean. No extra cleaning service unless you paid extra, which was annoying.

We had a fantastic time staying here with a group of friends! We visited Universal Studios and made memories at SeaWorld, which made our vacation special. The outdoor pool was great for relaxing after our adventures. The hotel staff was helpful, and the location was super convenient for the parks. Just a note, the breakfast is pretty simple but did the trick.

Awesome spot! It’s right on the strip, tons of places within walking distance, and the vending machines are a bonus! I also loved the vibrant colors in the lobby area.

Great location and wonderful breakfast!

I recently stayed for 9 nights and loved how close everything was, especially the convenience for visiting the parks! The beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. Although the cleanliness could use some improvement, the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

We loved the outdoor pool area, perfect for making new memories with the kids and our dog. The hotel was conveniently located near all the fun attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great base for our family trip!

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness needs a lot of work. The rooms could use some repairs and updates as well. a vacuum would do wonders here.

I had a decent stay, except for the room being way different from the photos online. Check-in was quick, but the breakfast selection was limited. Definitely not what I expected!

The facilities were clean and the staff were really courteous. Also, the air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly despite the summer heat, which was a game changer for me!
